1. If the item is defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately. We will gladly exchange and

replace any defective items within 7 business days of receipt of items without extra charge.
2. If items found defective on arrival, items must be reported within 7 days after receipt and returned

within 21 days, and buyers are responsible for returned shipping cost.
3. In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees at their own cost to return products for exchange or refund.
